2. Subscription Refunds
Our AI Business Agents subscription is billed monthly. Here's our refund policy:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
- After 7 Days: Refunds are not available after the initial 7-day period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Partial Month: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible period:

- Provide a brief reason for your refund request
- Our team will process your request within 3-5 business days
4. Cancellation Policy

- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
